Mango Sorbet



Mango Sorbet

2 cups frozen mango chunks (I used Alphonso)
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons cream
¼ teaspoon lemon zest

Blend together mango, cream and lemon juice in a mixer.Mix in the lemon zest with a spoon.Place in container to set in freezer.
When fully set, remove with a scoop and serve.Garnish-enjoy!
