Parcel Fish(!)

Fish-4 fillets,washed, pat dried.
Make slight gashes on the fillets,sprinkle a little salt.
Rub over with Tangy Chilly Garlic.Add extra green chopped chillyif you want (I did)
Drizzle with a little til oil.Cut into smaller pieces (if you want).
Clean, wash and cut banana leaf.Place fish on it.Make small parcels and tie with twine.
Cook over a pre greased hot griddle-approximately 2-3 minutes each side.
Cool, open banana leaf, remove fish.
Serve hot!
