Sevian Upma
1 cup sevian, dry roasted
1 cup mixed vegetables diced
1 onion sliced
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
A few dry red chillies
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
Few curry leaves
Salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
Heat oil-add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red
chillies.Saute sliced onion, till slightly brown. Add the vegetables and cook covered for 4-5
minutes for 3-4 minutes or till just done. Combine the sevian, add water. Lower
heat and cook on low heat till done. Garnish with grated coconut and serve with
coconut chutney.
