Fresh Green Chilli Achaar
200 grams fresh green chillies- the large variety, washed, slit and cleaned and dried. Retain seeds if you like it hot
1teaspoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoons coarsely ground mustard
1tablespoon mustard oil
Salt
Splutter mustard seeds in hot oil.
Add ground mustard and salt.Cool mixture.
Put in chillies and mix well.
Refrigerate .
