Sabudana Kheer
½ cup sabudana
4 cups milk
Sugar-as required
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
Nuts for garnish
Rinse the sabudana till the water runs clear of the starch.Soak in water for about an hour.
Boil milk, and once it is boiling well, add the drained sabudana.Lower flame, cook on low heat till sabudana turns translucent.Add sugar and cardamom powder.Garnish.
We usually serve it warm.This thickens on keeping-adjust consistency as you like!
